They usually update it everyday, and while some of their free stuff isn’t that great (e.g., free coloring books, free tax advice, etc.) they often have free samples of things like toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant, etc. They also recently listed a free book from http://billygraham.org/. Just click on the link and scroll down to the bottom. The “Free This Month” section is on the right-hand side of the page. I requested the free book last month and it was nice quality and a good book. Walmart often has free samples too at http://walmart.triaddigital.com/Free-Samples.aspx. Enjoy!
