Oh, the life of a rambling college professor. Chris has already been to several conferences since December: New York once, New York again, and now Chicago. Well, he’s not going to have all the fun without me! I’m planning to tag along to Chicago this time. It’s one of my favorite cities, and even though we’ll only be there 3 days, I plan to make the most of it. Here’s what I’ve got in mind:
Take this to get there…
Stay here…
Eat here…
And visit one of these…
My sister-in-law, Nicki, and her boyfriend Preston are planning to come during that same time frame and hang out with us. I’m looking forward to meeting Preston and being able to spend some time with family. Chicago’s such a fun city, and I always have a great time whenever I visit. I’m only sad that we can’t stay longer!
We were just in Chicago last weekend, it was so much fun! Make sure you bring your scarf and gloves though:)
This all makes me miss Chicago so much! I love the Shedd aquarium and as a kid I could not get enough of the museum of science and industry. I love the coal mine, the baby chicks, and the doll house. When I went back a few years ago, though, everything seemed so much smaller than I’d remembered…
Girl…email me at handbagobsessed@gmail.com. We need to talk. 🙂
I’m curious to know when you will be going to Chicago because I might just be going for a weekend too. LOL!!! XOXO
I have never been to Chicago, but am DYING to go one day. So take lots of pictures so I can live vicariously through you!
Ooh fun! It’s been so long since I’ve been to Chicago – I really love it there! And I love taking the train too!
I vote for the Museum of Science & Industry– we went there last fall and it was so fun! My childhood fave.
I love Chicago, and the PBF and I always try to visit aquariums whenever we can, I just think they are so fun!
Oh I know that train well! I love the Field museum and just can’t get enough!
How fun! When are two going on this adventure? 🙂
