I’ve decided that for my next trip to Boston, I’m going to need to bring along a little helper:
The Garmin nuvi 880. Boston may be a beautiful, fascinating city, but it’s hard to appreciate it when you are looking around, cursing the engineers who are in charge of those city streets and the darn street department that can’t seem to find enough money to pay for signs. I know, I know – the streets in Boston are the way they are because it’s an historical city, and the streets evolved from deer paths to foot trails to earthen roads to the streets they are today. I like historical things, but I don’t like Boston’s streets. Even though I really do like Boston 🙂
