I’m sending out some “get well soon” wishes for my older brother, D. He’d been feeling ill for a few days and finally went to the local ER, where they ran some tests. Ultimately, they decided to keep him for 48 – 72 hours, depending on his progress and when he stabilizes. His wife, B, and my mom are there with him, but I know that this is stressful for them to deal with, especially right now. My dad’s a family practice doctor, and he emailed all the “kids” to reassure us that he’s OK and things will be fine. Still, if you think of it, you might say a prayer for them
